The Ruby & Rustic Inside venue is a unique multi-purpose venue that can host weddings, birthday parties, kitchen teas, meetings, brand launches etc. and can accommodate medium to large groups of 50 to 100 people. The Ruby & Rustic Inside Venue has unparalleled ambiance, convenient secure on-site parking and a range of event catering.
The following are included when hiring the Ruby & Rustic Inside Venue
Seating
- Up to 10 rectangular wooden tables (depending on amount of guests)
- Up to 100 wooden chairs.
Catering service
- Compulsory use of our catering service providers. The Ruby and Rustic Venue does not do in-house catering but instead makes use of Preferred Service Providers to do the catering for us
We work with a list of set menus but can also arrange for other menus and menu ideas to accommodate your personal requirements.
Menu options
- Our menu options include the use of a standard set of cutlery, crockery & selected glassware per person (any additional cutlery, crockery & glassware will be quoted on and charged for separately)
Cash Bar
- Compulsory use of the cash bar (includes one barman for the first 35 guests.
- Hiring of extra barmen for more than 35 guests will be for the Client’s account.
Audio
- Use of standard audio (speaker system) equipment for the event included at the inside venue. You need to provide your own music and/or DJ.
Other
- Security Guard on site during function.
- There is a back-up generator available in case of load-shedding.
Venue use from 09:00 to 23:30
- final drinks served at 23:00
